2k25 Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use for the Malaysia Betting Platform
Please read this document carefully before using the 2k25 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out here.

Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing or using the 2k25 platform through our website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 2k25 platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above who are eligible under applicable local laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this service is lawful in their region or jurisdiction. 2k25 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at the platform's sole discretion.
Account Creation & Information Security
To access the full range of 2k25 services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 2k25 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Obligations
As a user of the 2k25 platform, you agree to comply with all platform usage rules as set out. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could harm other users or compromise the integrity of the platform.
You are prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to interfere with or exploit the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it.
- Providing false information during registration or the account verification process.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the system or other users' data.
- Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content through the platform.
2k25 reserves the right to investigate any complaints or reports of violations and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved.
Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 2k25 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts are obtained through legitimate means. 2k25 supports local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow and bank transfers via the FPX network.
Deposits are typically processed within the timeframe indicated on the platform. For withdrawals, the user's account must first be verified through the standard identity verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account that has been registered and verified by the user. 2k25 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or factors outside the platform's control.
Any taxes or charges imposed by third parties such as financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user. 2k25 reserves the right to request supporting documents from users to verify their identity or source of funds before processing any large transactions.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
2k25 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that services will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. The platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of betting funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
Regarding account policy, 2k25 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
- The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
- The user failed to complete the identity verification process within the required timeframe.
- Request due to account inactivity over an extended period in accordance with the platform's internal policy.
Third-Party Links
The 2k25 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. The content and privacy policies of third-party sites are beyond 2k25's control. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site before engaging with it. 2k25 is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The 2k25 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no specific guarantees regarding the accuracy of information, technical reliability, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Users access and use the platform at their own risk.
Intellectual Property & Platform Ownership Rights
All content on the 2k25 platform, including but not limited to interface design, logos, text, graphics, images, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of 2k25 or its respective licensors. This content is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 2k25. Using 2k25's logo or brand name for marketing or advertising purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Amendments & Governing Law
2k25 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision shall be voided, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
